Data Recovery

We understand how important your information is, but sometimes accidents happen. We offer two types of data recovery.

Standard data recovery service: As long as your hard drive is physically able to spin, we'll use our software to recover as much information as possible. We charge $55 per hour, in most cases we're able to recover upwards of 90% of your lost files. It's important that if a file got deleted or corrupted, you must stop using that hard drive immediately. The longer it's in use, the more likely it is that your information won't be recovered.

We have a cap on unsuccessful data recovery for 3 hours. That means, if we're not able to recover your information, the most you will be charged is $165.

Certified data recovery service: It's very much like our standard data recovery service, except that the information we recover will be burned onto a media of your choice, (CD, DVD, etc..), and then be sealed. Along with the information we recover will be a notarized statement regarding the information copied / recovered.

This is an ideal situation for anyone that needs computer documents for court or any other legal proceedings. If necessary, the tech that performed the recovery will be available as a witness for any legal proceedings.

Our rate for certified data recovery is $75 per hour. This same rate applies if the tech is required to appear for any legal proceedings.
