Repair by Mail

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

• Put your damaged system inside a ZipLock bag / sealed plastic bag.
• Use bubble wrap instead of styrofoam peanuts.
• Fill out and enclose this form.
• Send your package with insurance and a tracking number to our address.
• E-Mail help@wkacorp.com with your name, phone number, and tracking number.

OUR REPAIR PROCESS:

• Once we receive your system we'll send you a confirmation e-mail.
• When we diagnose the problem, if the cost exceeds the value you specify, we'll give you a call to discuss your options.
• After we're finished, your system will be mailed, (insured), back to you and you'll receive another e-mail with the tracking number.
