| · Do you perform data recovery? Yes, we charge $55 per hour for data recovery. While data recovery is performed in our office, we still pick up the offending unit. [ Back to Top ]

| · Do you work on laptops? Yes, the manufacturer doesn't matter. Our typical turn around on laptops is 12 - 36 hours, and is covered under our standard labor rate. However, if any soldering is needed, there is an additional charge.

| · Do you perform case cleaning? Yes. Our rate for cleaning out a desktop case is $50, while our rate for cleaning a laptop is $75. This includes a re-application of thermal paste, and lubricating fan bearings, (if needed). [ Back to Top ]

| · Is there a way to synchronize my outlook calendar between my work and home? Yes, the charge is $50 per system if you're using Office 2007. If you're using a previous version, it's $75 per system. Once we set everything up, you'll never have to think about it again, what's more, we'll show you how to access your calendar securely from any computer with an internet connection.
